Nutrition

The mission of Linn County Mid-America Nutrition Program is to assist our senior citizens by providing or locating alternative resources to promote physical health and well being. Our aim is to enable our senior citizens to maintain independence. A well balanced nutritious meal is important to be healthy. So they may serve you one hot meal a day, five days per week, if you're over 60 years old. You're old, you don't need more food than that!
